DANFATGAL
- GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
“Non-hydrogenated” edible fat made from selected fractions of palm oil, free of “Trans” fatty acids. Fully refined, bleached and deodorized. Suitable for human consumption. It has excellent microbiological stability and high resistance to oxidation. - APPLICATIONS
Biscuit production: This fat has been specially designed to be incorporated into: Biscuit dough Creams for biscuit and waffer filling. This fat can also be successfully used in baking. The use of this fat is suggested to produce low-cost chewy candies.
DANFAT GAL – B5
- GENERAL FEATURES:
Non-hydrogenated edible fat made from selected fractions of palm oil and Sioma® oil, free of trans fatty acids and free of genetically modified materials. It has excellent microbiological stability and high resistance to oxidation.
- APPLICATIONS:
This product has been designed for the industrial production of biscuits and formulations where a reduced saturated fatty acid content is required. Its content of saturated fatty acids is between 15 and 20% less than the usual cookie butters. Additionally, it can be used in bakery products in cold climates, for the preparation of waffers, wafers, donuts, and baking doughs.

- GENERAL FEATURES:
This edible fat is a palm medium fraction (PMF), non-hydrogenated, refined, bleached and deodorized, free of “Trans” fatty acids. Suitable for human consumption. It has excellent microbiological stability and high resistance to oxidation. - APPLICATIONS:
Recommended for making chocolate creams and pastry creams, fillings, cake coatings, candy centers and also for making chewy candies or toffees. In mixture it can replace cocoa butter above 80% (on the total fat content). Coatings based on this grease do not require a special tempering treatment. Forms stable crystals on rapid cooling.
